Please also note: Pets are allowed at Heaven on Earth. However, they must be OVER 20 pounds and you must submit a current rabies certificate. - Pet Fee $100 per dog- maximum 2 dogs - (No Cats)

Please take your trash with you. There is dumpster access at the Shenandoah River Outfitters (less than a mile from the property).  The house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag if you would prefer.

Fish Trap is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway! The cabin also features wood flooring and trim, and tile floors in the modern, fully-furnished bathrooms. Outside, there's a gas grill for grilling hamburgers, a huge open yard and private river access for the vacation of your dreams!

Because of the remote nature of the cabin, internet is provided by a satellite provider. Because of this, video streaming is not possible without severely impacting the data cap for the month. If you stream video, the internet will most likely be cut off during your stay.

The base rate includes 4 people. Additional guests are extra, please read the itemized charges carefully and make sure to make your reservation for the correct number of guests that will be staying. Thank you!

This recently renovated cabin is located high in the Blue Ridge mountains at around 3,000 feet elevation. It is in the same area as the Shenandoah National Forest and this property borders the park land. You will not find a more private or mountainous cabin to stay at than this one. You will not see another human being for a half mile in any direction, but you'll see plenty of deer, bear and wildlife! Inside the cabin, you'll find spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and large HD televisions.

Pets are welcome! Maximum of 2 dogs with a $50 pet fee per dog - No cats allowed, sorry!

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, please feel free to ask!

PLEASE NOTE for November - March bookings: During these winter months, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is required. While there are plenty of dry weekends during those months when a regular vehicle would be fine, you cannot know that in advance. Please take this warning seriously for those months. For the rest of the year, regular 2WD vehicles are fine.
