-Pet fee $50/ max 1 dog under 50 lbs. - No Cats
-Please note that due to the water in the area, there may be a slight sulfur smell when the water is first turned on. There is a water filter at the cabin, but there is still sometimes a little bit of an odor to the water- it is perfectly safe to drink and will dissipate very quickly, but it's something for guests to be aware of!
There is no trash service in the area, so we ask you to please take your trash with you. There are instructions in the cabin telling you where to go to take it so you don’t have to take it all the way home! Alternatively, the house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag.
PLEASE NOTE for November - March bookings: During these winter months, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is recommended in case of implement weather.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
